Queries & Complaints
Each club should have a complaints procedure in place. Efforts to resolve the issue at local level should be exhausted before IFAF is engaged in attempts to resolve the matter.
Authentic complaints or concerns, should be directed, ONLY by email, to the IFAF Secretary: secretary@ifaf.ie and to request a complaint form. The IFAF Secretary will then relay the matter to the IFAF committee or relevant committee member. The contents of the email should coherently outline the matter factually, including details such as names, locations, dates & times.
