IFAF Calendar Shoot Booking
- Clubs are limited up to 3 Calendared shoots per year.
- Clubs are limited to 1 shoot per 3rd.
- Your 3 dates should be worked within year thirds.
Supply your clubs preferential calendar shoot dates between :
January – April end 2026
May – August end 2026
September – December end 2026 - IFAF Championships/ UKFAC do not count towards your Archery Clubs calendared date
- Shoots can be a 1 day or multiple day events
- Indoor shoots will be included on the calendar (there may be multiple shoots on the one calendar date • Indoor shoots may be scheduled on Outdoor shoot days as long as locations are geographically distant. )
- Indoor shoots do not count towards the 1 shoot per third limit.
- Backfills/ Cancellations
- In the event of a shoot being cancelled, other clubs can back fill the event.
Shoots replacing cancelled events do not count towards the 1 shoot per third limit.

Supplying shoot date, shoot style & any other details.

- This information will be used to compile the calendar and balance shoots geographically.
- IFAF Archery Clubs preferred Calendared Dates should be submitted by the Wednesday after the last Weekend before the IFAF AGM.
After this date the Calendar will be completed for the IFAF AGM.
Each Archery Club being assigned 3 dates.
