3. Enter your Date of Birth
4. Enter your Gender
5. Upload a profile picture, This is optional
6. Press next

1. Enter the relevant details
   • Your Mobile/Cell phone number
   • Your home phone number ( optional )
   • Your Emergency contact name
   • Your Emergency contact phone number
   • Your Emergency contact email address
2. Press Next

1. Enter the relevant details
   • Your Address
   • Your City
   • Your Region/County
   • Your Postcode/Eircode
   • Your Country
     • Members from Northern Ireland can select Republic of Ireland or United Kingdom
2. Press Next

1. Select Membership type
   • When you Select the Membership type there will be a long pause (10-20 seconds as the system generates the rest of the form
2. Press Next

1. Select Payment type
   • Auto Renew
   • One Time Payment
2. Scroll down to the end of the screen and press next

1. Select Your club, If you do not have a club select unaffiliated
2. Scroll down to the end of the screen and press next

1. Answer the questions
2. Scroll down to press next

1. Enter your coaches name
2. Answer the 17 question to make sure your beginners course covers all necessary subjects
3. Press next

1. Certify that all details are accurate.
2. Press the “I’m not a robot” button
3. Scroll down to press Done

Your payment details will be taken.

Your membership will be sent for approval. Once approved you will be sent an email.
