Set up sport80 to handle your club membership fees. you must first connect your stripe account so the payments can be processed. see the this guide.
Log in to sport 80
On the top left hand side select the role dropdown ( it will currently show your name )
Now select your club from the drop down menu ( If you do not see your club listed you do not have the correct permissions to perform this task )
Select “Club Membership Fee Admin” from the left hand menu
Fill in the “Create Add On” details and click submit
Now you can create your various membership fees.
Select “Add Annual Membership”
Fill in all the details.
Note the Allow Direct Debit is the same as the auto renew function for the IFAF membership. It is not an actual direct debit.
Select add
you can repeat this process for all your membership fee needs.
