IFAF AGM 2025 • 2nd November 2025

Dear Member,

In line with the Shooting Calendar, our Annual General Meeting will take

place on Saturday, 2nd November, 10am Sharp. In the Dunamaise Arts Centre
,
Portlaoise, County Laois.

Please find attached the Agenda and Motion Form for your review.

Kindly submit any motions no later than Friday, 24th October (end of day).

There are four committee positions open for nomination:  
Chairman Secretary
Membership Secretary
Public Relations Officer (PRO)  

We are also introducing a new role:
Championships Coordinator – this will be a non-committee position
focused on supporting the planning and delivery of championship events.  

This position is designed to assist with the planning, coordination, and
delivery of championship events throughout the year.

The role will work closely with the committee and host clubs to ensure events
run smoothly and meet the standards expected by our members.  

Key responsibilities may include:
– Liaising with host clubs to support event logistics  
– Assisting with scheduling and communications  
– Helping ensure consistency in event formats and procedures  
– Supporting the promotion of championship events
