IFAF Calendar Shoot Booking
- Clubs are limited to 2 Calendared shoots per year. Though could provide a third date, your reserve, in the event there may be space on the calendar after Clubs who’ve submitted their dates are applied to it.
- Clubs are limited to 1 shoot per quarter
- Remember your first two dates should be worked within year quarters.
If the first date is in the 1st quarter the second date should be in the 3rd quarter
If the first date is in the 2nd quarter the second date should be in the 4th quarter- The intention being to balance a ‘bad weather’ time frame with ‘good weather’ possibilities.’
- Avoid having many local shoots in the same region around the same time.
- IFAF Champships/ UKFAC do not count towards the 1 per quarter
- Shoots can be a 1 day or multiple day event
- Indoor shoots will be included on the calendar (there may be multiple shoots on the one calendar date )
- Indoor shoots do not count towards the 1 shoot per quarter limit.
- Backfills/ Cancellations
- In the event of a shoot being cancelled, other clubs can backfill the event. Shoots replacing cancelled events do not count towards the 1 shoot per quarter limit.
