UKIFAC FAQs

In addition to the event information provided in the UKIFAC Brochure several common questions have been answered:

Q1. What are my options now UKIFAC 2020 has been postponed to 15-16 May 2021?

CONFIRMED entrants (entry fee paid) can avail of one of the following options:

  1. roll-over their entry over to UKIFAC 2021 (default option, no need to do anything)
  2. claim a full refund, minus any charges incurred by emailing ukifac@ifaf.ie (offer is available up to Friday 12th Feb 2021)

UNCONFIRMED entrants (registration submitted, no fee paid) will continue to have their details held on file. As before, once the fee is received their name will be transferred to the “Confirmed” list.

Q2. I normally enter IFAF shoots as a ‘Guest’, can I do the same for UKIFAC?
No. Only those who are members of an IFAA association and in good standing with that association can be accepted as Guests.
The only other entrants to UKFAC are members of one of the five UKIFAC associations.

Q3. Can I pre-register and pay ‘on the day’?
No. Entry to the UKIFAC requires online registration and payment in advance.

Q4. I am not able to pay via EFT or PayPal. Can I pay another way?
Yes. Only by special arrangement.
Use UKIFAC’s Contact Us page to send a request to UKIFAC Admin.

Q5. Can I register to shoot 1-day only?
Yes. Only by special arrangement and providing there are places available.
Use UKIFAC’s Contact Us page to send a request to UKIFAC Admin.

Q6. Is there anywhere I can find out more about UKIFAC?
Yes. The UKIFAC – A Guide to the Competition on the IFAF website is designed to help answer questions raised by both archers new to and returning to the tournament.

Q7. Is there camping on-site?
No. Camping is available locally at In The Wild Campsite. However, camper vans can be accommodated on-site (and subject to a fee by the landowner) by prior arrangement.
